Résidence à la Citadelle de Port Louis

The Maritime Museum located at the Citadel of Port Louis welcomes for the first time an artist in residence during the winters of 2017/18. A 7-week exploration where the artist went to meet the site and its history, known and forgotten, the one that the stones continue to whisper. The residency gave birth to works in situ, explorations on lime plaster, large original formats and inks reproduced on Dibond presented during the exhibition “Whispers of stones” / 400th anniversary of the Citadel and Port Louis / from May 30 to Dec 31, 2018
